Okay, so first time for everything right (?). No recipe. Let me show you what I eat in a day. Of course, you’ll be able to find every recipe (!!), I will link everything (YAY!). I’ve been seeing the “What I Eat In A Day” tag (?!) for quite awhile now and I always loved watching or reading them. It gives me a lot of new recipe ideas and I want to try new dishes right after (!!!). So…. I decided to do the same, share what I can eat in a day and maybe it will give ideas for breakfast, lunch or dinner (!!).
6:30 A.M. Waking up
I usually wake up around 6:30 A.M. only because I have to take my dog for a walk. No joke, it was hard at first but once your body gets used to it it gets easier and easier (!). Now, I actually really enjoy waking up this early because no one is on the streets, my dog and I can have a nice walk without disruption. It is a really nice way to wake up quietly (!!).
7:00 A.M. After the walk / Breakfast
Right after the walk, I like to have breakfast (the walk really gets me hungry!). I can have a lot of different breakfast as you may know if you read my post about breakfast ideas (!!) (check it out!!).
This morning was simple, black tea with a fruit bowl (!!). My mum gave me some strawberries and raspberries, I also had some peaches, cherries and greek yoghurt. I then decided to have a fruit bowl, who doesn’t like fruits in the morning (?!) I sure do (!!!). Eating fruits is important, for me the easier way to eat fruit is during breakfast. It has that fresh fruit feeling (LOL).
Yum! Yum! Now on, I won’t be eating anything until lunch simply because I rarely snack in between meals (!!).
12:30 P.M. Lunch Time (!)
At that point, I’m really hungry and I wanna eat everything that I have in my kitchen (!!!). But I end up cooking something quickly, something that can be made in less than 30 minutes. I try to have ’normal’ portions, not too small you’re still hungry at the end and not too big that at dinner time you aren’t hungry and eat nothing.
For lunch, I made pasta with vegetarian bolognese, simple and delish (!!). What else (?) to say, that is the only thing I have for lunch, maybe some time for dessert I will have greek yoghurt or a fruit. It depends on what I have in the fridge (!!). Also, I keep the leftover in the fridge for one of those days in the week, you know those days when you don’t want to cook and so really happy to have leftovers (!!).
7:00 P.M. / 7:30 P.M. Dinner Time (!!!)
For dinner, I try to make something different each week (!!) not every day but once or twice a week I like to try new recipes and then if they are good (only the best one!) I share them with you (!). This week I decided to make the Pinterest recipe, vegan chickpeas curry, it is quick to make (around 30 minutes!). The perfect time (for me!) to have everything ready in time and be able to serve everything at once. Yes (!), I am that kind of person (HAHA!). I like everything to be ready for everyone at the same time (!!). This time, I put a tiny bit too many spices in the curry, it was really good but also really (REALLY!) spicy, you know the spicy kind that you sweat a bit while eating (?!) Yeah that was me while eating it (!) I wouldn’t recommend it for a first date (!!) or maybe DO NOT put more than 1 tbsp of curry paste (!!).
