Oi! Oi! Everyone!
Today’s recipe will be about vegetarian bolognese! Made it yesterday and even though it doesn’t taste as good as the meaty one (and that’s not what I’m looking for!) it is absolutely delicious when it’s a little bit cold outside! I added garam masala to have a little more of a spicy twist. You should try!
200 g pasta
250 g vegetarian mince
400 g tin chopped tomatoes
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp garam masala
salt & pepper
Dice the onion.
Cook the pasta according to the instruction.
In a saucepan, over medium heat, add 1 tsp of coconut oil and add the onion.
When brown, add the vegetarian mince and stir, lower the heat and add salt and pepper.
Add the tomato and let it cook for about 1o minutes.
Add the parsley and garam masala.
Let it cook for 5 more minutes.
Serve warm and you can put grated cheese on top.
