Oi! Oi! Everyone!
Who doesn’t like chocolate mousse? For me, it’s in my top 5 desserts (I’d eat that every day if I could!). I often found mousse recipes with a lot of sugar, cream or butter and I find it unnecessary! So here you will find a good chocolate mousse recipe without butter or cream and just 1 tbs of sugar! (yeah, I know that’s nothing!)
You will need:
-
1 dark chocolate tablet
-
6 eggs
-
1 tbs caster sugar
-
1 vanilla sugar sachet (around 5 g) or vanilla extract
-
pinch of salt
-
Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites.
-
Put the egg whites in a bowl with a pinch of salt.
-
Whisk until they form peaks. Once stiff, put in the fridge.
-
Put the egg yolks in another bowl, add sugar and vanilla sugar sachet and mix together.
-
Melt chocolate, cut the chocolate and add 3 tbs of water and put in microwave for 1 minute.
-
Once it melted, mix with the egg yolks and whisk.
-
Mix chocolate with egg whites by adding it bit by bit.
-
Put it in pots if you want small portions and let it cool in the fridge overnight.
I hope you will like this recipe! Share your photos with me! I’d love to see your desserts!!
