Gnocchi & Leek Gratin

Oi! Oi! Everyone!

I know I’m a little bit late for this recipe and I am so so sorry but better late than never right (?!). I found this recipe when I ordered a subscription box with pre-set meals. It was really simple and super quick to make (!!).

You will need:
  • 1 pack of gnocchi
  • 2 leeks
  • 15 cl liquid cream
  • 2-3 egg
  • Parsley
  • 2 pinch Espelette pepper
  • 80 g grated cheese
  • Butter
  • Salt & Pepper


Now! Let’s make it!!
  1. Preheat oven at 180°C.
  2. Cut leeks in small pieces. In a frying pan over medium heat, melt a little bit of butter with Espelette pepper and add the leeks.
  3. In a saucepan, cook the gnocchi and reserve.
  4. Finely cut the parsley.
  5. Beat the eggs and add the cream.
  6. In an oven plate, add the gnocchi, leeks, parsley, pepper, cream and grated cheese.
  7. Let it cook for about 10 minutes and 2 minutes on the grill setting of your oven.
TADAH! It is now ready to be enjoyed!!
